I collect information from you when you visit my website, fill out the contact form on my website, and via emails or in-person contact between you and I.

The information I collect depends on whether or not you are my client, or just browsing my website.

Website visitors
When filling out the contact form on my website you may be asked to enter your name, email address, company name, and if applicable a brief message. You may, however, visit my website without supplying these details.

My Clients
When I begin working with you on any project, you may also be asked to provide your company account details and credentials for your existing website, so that I may access your website to carry out work.

For me to carry out work on your website, I may need you to provide me with login credentials to your website and other third-party linked services (such as Google Analytics, HotJar etc.) I’ll keep all of these credentials encrypted in my secure password management software, LastPass, and only the team members working on your project will be able to access them.
